Want to learn to fly?  Want some excitement in your fitness routine?  Just want to have fun?  Our Small classes allow students of all levels to learn at their own pace, with movements tailored to each students skills, fitness, flexibility and comfort level. There is something for every one.

All classes are first-come, first-served, so register ahead of time or please show up 10-15 minutes early. To sign waver if need be, claim a spot and set up rigging.

Get ready to fly!  Aerial Yoga incorporating an Aerial Hammock that allows you to Deepen your Traditional Yoga Practice and takes your Experience to New Highs.  With the help of gravity, your body can relax and find deeper moments of release.  While fully suspended in mid-air, you are free to find more space and expand your range of motion, increase flexibility, release tension while building strength.  Finding balance while experiencing a deeper expression of each pose.

Open Level First time doing Aerial?  This is the class for you.

A high energy Cardio based Strength & Conditioning Training in the Aerial Hammock.  Aerial Fit is designed to build Strength, Stability, and Stamina that is necessary to developing a strong Aerial without going to the gym. Don't let Aerials beauty fool you, it takes a beast to make it look effortless.  Work on skills that will improve your over all performance of your general body functionality.

A Contemporary, Playful & Soulful approach to Yoga designed to kick you out your shell and Explore your Body's Abilities.  With an energetic blend of balance, flexibility and strength.  Be Prepared to be Pushed and Find your Edge in a unconventional yoga practice that barrows from all forms of movements and disciplines.

Acro Yoga

Acro Fit is very much a Barefoot boot camp.  A High Intense, one stop shop, Full Body Workout.  Combining Yoga, Acrobatics, Strength Training, Plyometric & a touch of Thai Therapeutics.  This unique partner based practice awakens the body with intervals and expansive movements.  Helps build muscle, burn calories and boost metabolism.  Improve flexibility, strength and balance while cultivating trust, community and connections.

Open Level You don't need to come with a partner.

 

Street Jazz/Heels

 

Rock'N Hard Body dance class for those who want to learn or sharpen their dance movies.  Encouraged to be more confident, sensual and creative in all forms of movement.  Learn to Pop, Dip And Spin. Werk the RunWay and Pumping around.  Learning fresh choreography and video classics.  Heels are encouraged not a required, bring water and knee pads if you need them.

Open Level Having a background in movement doesn't hurt.

Stretch & Across the Floor

A fully intergraded Taking Form experience that incorporates Deep Flexibility Training with elements of Dance, Yoga, Acrobatics, Mortal Arts, Animal Flow, Arm Balancing and Contortion.  Dynamic combinations of movements that travels across the floor.  Challenge your coordination and muscle memory.  Explore the (In between) movements that we flow through from one point to another in graceful and energetic manner.

Cirque Work

Run away and join the circus.  Cirque Work is designed to help you Learn Tips for Tricks and Flips, Drops and Grips.  Dance around while Working to develop the incredible strength needed to Move with Grace and control though inversions, climbing transitions and other cirque tricks.

Bungee

 

 

Bungee is New Wild & Crazy Aerial Art Expression.  Defying Gravity while exploring in space and time.  Creating shapes and flows by manipulating tension of bungee.  Start individually harnessed and bungeed  to rigging point.  Climb, Invert, Dance, Spin, Bounce, Orbit, Fly Bungee lends itself to a beautiful sequencing in Aerial Dance.  Don't be fooled this class is kick ass cardio.

 

 Pre-Requisites  Inner Child!  Classes are open to ALL levels of movers

 

 

Attire

  • For Aerial Classes, Please wear tight fitting workout clothing that covers the back of knees, abdominals, and under arms. 

  • Long hair should be pulled back. 

  • Jewelry, zippers and buckles, are not permitted they may cause damage to apparatus.
